Building participation in a $15M prediction market.

I led GTM and growth for a prediction-market platform, connecting creator distribution, referral incentives and user activation campaigns.

01 / The business problem

Turn audience attention into product participation.

A trading platform needs more than visibility. It needs relevant users, a clear reason to try the product and a way to bring people back. I led the marketing strategy and execution across messaging, distribution, campaign mechanics, analytics and budget decisions.

02 / The strategic decision

Give every channel a specific job.

I combined creator-led distribution, trading incentives and referrals into one campaign program. Creators offered access to relevant audiences. Participation mechanics made the next action concrete. Referrals gave the community a way to extend distribution.

I separated user-growth campaigns from brand and relationship work. An industry event serves a different purpose from an activation incentive; each needs its own objective and evidence.

03 / Execution

Connect the campaign, the channel and the product action.

Acquisition and activation.

I developed campaign messaging and creator-led competition mechanics, including trading points and referrals. I owned distribution, measurement and budget decisions, connecting the audience-facing story to concrete ways to participate in the platform.

Brand credibility and industry relationships.

I led marketing and delivery for The Odds Night in Los Angeles, featuring Michael Owen, the 2001 Ballon d’Or winner. The event provided a setting to introduce the brand to creators, media, investors and technology builders.

I managed the agency and a roughly $50K budget as the internal marketing lead. Independent coverage documented the brand, speaker and industry audience.

04 / Evidence

Market activity. Community growth. Editorial visibility.

$15M trading volume

Platform-level volume reported by the team during this project; not attributed to a single campaign.

I built the community from zero to approximately 600 members in three months. The flagship event received independent coverage of the brand, Michael Owen and the industry audience.

These results reflect three different parts of the work: the platform’s market activity, the community I built and the event’s public visibility.

05 / Public evidence
